8:45 AM | Set Up for Sponsors that are setting up tables 

9:00 AM | Registration for Shooting Clays Breakfast  

9:30/9:45 AM | Shooting Clays Begin with Safety Talk 

10:00 AM | Clay Shoot Shot Gun Start 

Noon | Lunch Program Guest Check/In

12:30 PM | Lunch 

*Please note lunch will be continuously served while all our guests arrive from on the course and off the course.

1:00/1:30 PM | Program Begins 

• Shooting Clay Awards (we will award these as soon as scores have been tallied)
• Full Bar 

You may come for the clays and stay all day or you may come for the lunch & program.
