Builders are the heart of our industry, and we want to recognize the builders that invest in BIA events.

Builder Member Bays

Builder Member Bays that purchase a bay receive an exclusive Builder Bonus: 

🎁 Every golfer in your bay receives their own individual BIA Blueprint Packet.

That's six Blueprint Packets filled with exclusive perks, prizes, and surprises—one for each member of your team.

Associate Member Bays

Associate Member companies can earn additional BIA Blueprint Packets by inviting builder companies to join their team.

One bonus is awarded per qualifying Builder, Remodeler, or Developer member company represented in the bay during the event.

Bay | $750 Per Bay

Bay – Team of Six

Your Bay Includes:

• Reserved Topgolf Bay for up to six golfers
• Topgolf play
• Food and 2 drink tickets for each participant
• Company recognition before and during the event
• One BIA Blueprint Packet per Bay. No two Blueprint Packets are guaranteed to be the same.
• Builder Member Bays receive one Blueprint Packet for every golfer in the bay
• Associate Member Bays have the opportunity to earn additional Blueprint Packets through the Builder Bonus Challenge
• Networking with BIA members and guests
