Elizabeth Montero is the owner and co-operator of a specialized insulation company built from the ground up alongside her husband and business partner Elias Montero. Together, they bring a powerful combination of hands-on expertise, field experience, and a shared commitment to excellence in the construction industry.

Her husband contributes over a decade of experience in professional insulation installation, with a deep understanding of application techniques, building performance, and jobsite efficiency. Elizabeth complements this with her own background in new construction, having worked in residential projects as an insulation installer, cleaner and painter and then managing an insulation company—experience that shaped her attention to detail, respect for the building process, and ability to collaborate seamlessly with builders and trades.

From humble beginnings to establishing their own company, Elizabeth and her husband have earned a reputation for reliability, precision, and high-quality workmanship. Their services include fiber insulation, air sealing, and a focus on advanced insulation solutions, including spray foam systems, designed to improve energy efficiency, comfort, and long-term durability in every project.
