As Client Care Manager, Paula is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. This involves overseeing the client experience, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise, and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance the client experience. She works closely with the sales and operations teams to coordinate expectations, manage client feedback and implement strategies to improve overall client retention.

We serve our builders by being entirely self-sufficient during the design, selection, fabrication, and installation process of countertops. We take a customized approach to remodeling projects, allowing us to complete our work as quickly as possible, while still delivering the highest quality of finished product. Designers create beautiful designs, and our job is to make sure they stand the test of time. We help navigate through technical situations and come up with creative ways to make a unique design become a reality for your clients.
