WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO!

Event Details:

• Date: Wednesday, April 30th, 2025
• Place: Churchill Downs | Skye Terrace 4th Floor
• Gates Open: 11:30 AM
• First Post: 12:45 PM

Tickets:

• Your ticket is your seat number (i.e. 35B 7 is Table 35 Seat 7)
  • Have your ticket accessible when you arrive up to Skye 4
• You Do Not Need to Check-In With a BIA Staff Member 
  • Tables are numbered and labeled

What's Included:

• Program (if you didn't get a program when you came through the gate there will be programs at Skye 4)
• Food
• Alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic Beverages from Gates Open to Last Call

Dress Code:

• It's Derby Week Dress To Impress!
• Track Casual
  Do's: Jackets and blazers optional. Vests, shirts with collars, sweaters, dresses, pantsuits, dress jeans, dress shorts and slacks are appropriate, as are golf shorts and capris.

Don'ts: Worn or torn garments, crop or midriff tops, athletic wear, swim wear, frayed or torn denim, and flip-flops are considered inappropriate attire.
