Tom Waller Signature Homes is a family-owned and operated business in Louisville, KY. Tom Waller’s love of building started when he framed houses while laid off from Ford Motor Company. He built his personal home and decided that this was his passion. While working for Ford, he started his custom home-building company in 2001. Then after retiring from Ford in 2007, he made building his full-time career.

Tom is a Louisville Home Builder who performs all levels of home building and renovation. We offer start-to-finish solutions for every project. Tom Waller Signature Homes also provides complete design services. We specialize in custom home building in Louisville and surrounding areas such as Oldham, Shelby & Spencer Counties, as well as in Southern Indiana.

Anyone who has ever built a home knows how time-consuming and stressful it can be. Because we want to streamline the home-building process, we provide you with a draftsman who will assist you in designing your custom-built home. Then our interior designer will assist you through the selection process and to help keep you on budget.

To qualify as a registered builder, a home builder must pass a rigorous investigation into their credit history; have at least two fellow-builder sponsors; have built at least ten homes in the previous five years; pass eight previous customers’ screening; be a full-time builder; pass a committee interview; and most importantly, complete annual proficiency courses.
